Phil is a minor character in the series Kiff. He is Trollie's maternal uncle.

Profile

Phil is Trollie's maternal uncle, who lives in a house in the Wicker Woods.

In "A Troll Through the Woods", Trollie visits Phil after learning that his mother stored his old belongings, including his stuffed doll Count Eyebrows, in Phil's garage. However, Phil then informs Trollie that he sold the doll to Tara during a garage sale.
